• Based on the principle of double sandwich immunoassay purified recombinant antigens corresponding to HIV-1 gp120, gp41, and HIV-2 gp-36 are employed to identify antibodies and all isotypes (IgG, IgM, IgA) specific to HIV-1 and HIV-2.
